GARDEN FRESH FUSILLI

GARDEN FRESH FUSILLI

  • Serves: 4 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups fusilli pasta
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Mushroom, sliced
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup diced asparagus
  • ½ cup corn
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

METHOD:

  1. Boil the pasta as mentioned in cooking instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan and add the garlic.
  3. Add the vegetables and stir for some time.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Bring to a boil, stir till it thickens.
  6. Add the cooked fusilli pasta
  7. Garnish with cheese, basil and broccoli florets. Serve hot.
